Just wondering, if Ark sends a thermonuke to destroy my forces, when I can't move out, would I be blamed if I blew it out of the sky with my Leviathons?

"If he wants to fight, Mac, he will have to fight here." Dusk said, 'By the way, how are you doing with my gifts?"

Dwig made a motion with his hand, signaling the G.U.E.S.S troops to move out. "Pack it up everyone, it looks like our fight is over, for now." Ships started to take off from all over the city, heading back to Destiny's BountyFate's Purpose, and Chance Runner. Dwig ran back to his power armor and donned it. "Goodbye, all. I'll see you at the party." He tapped speed and disappeared.

Rick laughed "I'll be back, for that party," The snakes began to disassemble the pillar and take it away. Rick himself walked away and disappeared.

My two cents? You would not be blamed for defending your forces, so long as it is realistic.

Mac would also stop thermonukes. He is here to stop damage.

"They are amazing. The spike is beautiful and the eggnog is actually amazing. I currently am in the process of flooding the market with eggnog. Literally and figuratively. As to the fight? Well, I will wait here for it to start. Or make my way over to wherever the fight is when it starts. I want to see this."

KoTiel sighed. It seemed the fight wasn't going to happen in the end. Jumping down from the roof they walked into a nearby alley, when a denizen suddenly walked up to them, handing them a note. KoTiel read the note and muttered: "An experiment? This sounds interesting, a lot more interesting than this war. I guess I'll see if the war is still going on when this is finished." Walking through the alleys, they went to the location indicated in the note.

Hellbent knew he needed a base, and he was a DA member.

Using his spike, he contacted Mac.

"Do we have a safe Alley I can use with non-DA members to plan, as Dusk nuked my base."

Mac turned and laughed. "Safe? No. None of the alleys are safe. But yeah you can use one. I mean, there are an infinite number of them. I would caution against bringing non DA members into them, as they can't control the alleys enough to safely maneuver with in them. You would have to bring each person in personally." He thought for a minute.

"You also might want to make sure that the alley obeys the laws of physics/logic/reality in general. Can't have y'all going insane.

Check out the alley halfway in between 243 and 9670. I think that that could work.

Don't mistake it for alley 4956.5. That one exists doesn't exist in the third dimension.

Also don't mistake it for  the alley thats halfway down the corridor starting with alley 234 and ending with 9670. That one is being used to figure out if the ability to create a universe can be given to a person and have that person survive. Something tells me that your team would appreciate not being turned into 2 dimensional creatures, or being killed by a Frankenstein being of cosmic proportions.

Anyway, the alley halfway in between 243 and 9670. That should work. There's probably no abominations in there."

"Well, there's Fangblade, and he's a dog. I've also got Bud, and, surprise surprise, he's also a dog. He is now at the Fifth Heightening, so he's stopped aging, just like Fang. The only living biological relatives I have are pretty great," Silas said. "Jofus is an Aluminum Twinborn ninja. He can be a bit annoying, but his brother, Shor, is a Zinc Twinborn. Shor is pretty smart, but he thinks with more than just his brain."

Far, far away, Nogard finished climbing one of the mountains. He slowed his pace as he looked out. Far in the distance, the alleystorm moved, on its way to the unexplored lands on the other side of the globe. It wouldn't reach this mountain, unfortunately, and even if it had, it wouldn't return for a couple of weeks. He checked his pack. He might have enough food/stormlight to get him back to the alleycity, but he doubted it. He closed his pack and let out a long, drawn out sigh.

"Hold up! We aren't moving on until Hellbent is dead." Dusk said.

"What?" Walker said.

"I said, we're not leaving until Hellbents dead," Dusk responded.

"Why? We've caused enough problems with the city, that we don't need to stay for months on end!" Walker yelled at him.

"Because, he is evil!" Dusk shouted back.

"YOU MOVED INTO THE MOST POPULATED CITY IN THE WORLD, BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T WANT THEM TO SEND A MASSIVE MISSILE AT YOU, AFTER YOU BLEW UP THEIR BASE, WITH YOUR OWN GIANT MISSILE!" Walker screamed at him.

"Well, when you put it like that..." Dusk muttered.

"If this is really about you wanting to kill Hellbent, you would have fought him one on one, and stabbed him with that essence spike. Mac probably would have given it to you if you had given him infinite apple juice, instead of the Alleylentrian spike!" Walker said, angrily.

"I would have lost." Dusk said.

"THAT'S WHY YOU STARTED A MASSIVE WAR THAT HAS A LARGE CHANCE OF CIVILIAN CASUALTIES!" Walker yelled at him.

"Well, what was I supposed to do!?! Just let the man who killed my wife and child go free!!" Dusk yelled back.

"I'm ending this war! One way or the other!" Walker yelled before running off, grabbing a bullhorn and standing atop a building. He yelled into the bullhorn, "HELLBENT!!! WE NEED TO TALK!!! I WANT THE WAR OVER!!! WE CAN DO THAT!!!"

Tena was, indeed, kicking literal and metaphorical arse. As per usual. With a mounted machine gun.

She stopped firing and sat down, pulling her knees up against her chest and wrapping her arms around them, breathing deeply for a few moments. Iffina appeared on her arm, twirling around in a circle. “Hey,” Tena said quietly, “are you feeling okay? I haven’t heard you talk in a long time.” Longer than a long time, actually. She hadn’t heard Iffina speak in over sixteen years.

There is something wrong with me, the spren said in Tena’s mind. I do not know what it is.

“Maybe if you talk more, it’ll stop.” The truth was, Tena had only just realized that her spren hadn’t talked in forever. She wished that her spren was a dog, so that she could pet her and tell her that she loved her. That didn’t make any sense. “Remember when we stole that emerald and the guards were trying to catch me, but you slid me off the docks and into the sea? I miss that, maybe we could do something like that again.”

I think that Edgedancers are supposed to save lives. That’s our purpose. We are an Edgedancer, together, and we must save lives. Maybe that’s why I can’t usually talk. Because you are always killing instead of trying to save. You have the Surge of Progression for a reason.

“Why haven’t my oaths broken so that I can’t use any Surges? I haven’t followed them as I should...”

I can’t leave you, you’d go insane. So I stay, and cling to the remnants of the almost-broken Oaths. Many things are more clear, now. We should talk more, and you should follow your Oaths.

Tena stood up, slowly, and ordered the Zosans to stop firing. They all stopped, giving her strange looks.

"That sounds like a great family. I don't know anyone of mine except my father and my mother, and they are, well, criminals."

She shifted in her seat, trying to think of what to say.

"So, why are you here?"

Hellbent, safe in an alley, heard nothing Walker said.

He spoke into his ear, saying, "Dwig. We need to get the mens spirits up. Take them to the location [Redacted], and I will take them int the alley. We can throw a party."

"Hello?! HELLBENT!!! I WILL FIGHT YOU FOR DUSK'S LIFE!!!" Walker yelled

"Wait, what!?!" Dusk yelled into another bullhorn.

"Only way to win the war!!!" Walker yelled.

Just listing the rules for the duel Walker wants.

  1. No armor
  2. One weapon 1 foot long or shorter
  3. On Hellbent's arena
  4. Fully moderated.
  5. The winner gets one post of godmodding to the other person's character. Dusk to Hellbent, or vice versa.

Ioc wasn't in the battle. It wouldn't join for a while yet. But it would.

Ioc stood on the Wroldspire. It was in the strange world of glass and occulators. It had been there for a while.

Ioc had fixed itself. Now, Ioc would fix millions of others.

no no no is 'fa la la la la', not 'fa ra ra ra ra'

"Well, I needed money, and I was obliged to fight in this war due to a group of six people I know, along with being a high-ranking G.U.E.S.S. member," Silas explained.

Rick&Co. grew out of the top of the Worldspire next to loc, and Rick tapped it on the shoulder. "Hello, Say hello guys" The voice and that snake said hello. "So, I've heard your insane. Can you tell me what you feel like? You see, I'm trying to figure out if I'm insane and I need input 'cause the voice and the snake say that I'm not, but I'm not so sure" He smiled, "You know, I think we could go into business together, stealing some stuff, eating candy, that sort of thing. What do you think?"

"That explains a lot. Well, I'm a Ghostblood, but being a pacifist, this medical plane became my job. If you wish, I think you are healed enough to rejoin the war."
