You just think about doing yoga and picture yourself doing yoga while breathing deeply and actually doing something else. (Homework, for example.)

Is mental yoga like imagining doing yoga? Or is it think on paradoxes and tying your brain into a knot? I fail to see how either would help

and doing all that is easier and more relaxing than school work

But you should do schoolwork. Do that for twenty minutes straight, then take a five-minute break. It helps you stay focused for that amount of time.

Ah okay. I actually do at least a short 20 minute routine daily. Just started it at one point and ever stopped. Especially in summer its great to head outside in the morning dn so some yoga while the sun is rising and the air is still cool.

That sounds amazing!
Only one problem: I'm not really a morning person. That is, I stay up too late to wake up early. I love mornings when I wake up refreshed, but I like staying up too much to ever get enough sleep in order to wake up early feeling great.
