1. this place is the abode of someone very important in world
2. we have seen Hoid here
3. this place has very little Cosmere sigificance
4. aside from Hoid we have only seen one main character here, but two others have mentioned it
5. there was a death here
6. the planet this place is on has only one resident shard
7. the planet has had more than one shard resident in the past

and a new correction

clue 4 is only referring to protagonists

so you get a real clue

this place is near a political center but the important person mentioned in clue 1 is not political
