“I already did, effectively. Neither of them have noticed yet.” Rebus grinned. “I haven’t played that card yet, but as soon as they actually find out they’ll discover just how much I’ve done. No reason to stop setting things up, though. For instance, I need a new army.”

Asher nods. She puts the armor back into the knife. "You might wanna close your eyes for this. It's bright." She takes a deep breath. Cade. Power please? sure. Cade transfers some of his demon power to her. It raged through her blood. She drew upon it. She felt herself become like ten times more powerful. She started glowing. She harnessed it into a small ball. It grew she kept it contained until it was big enough. She opened it and fire shot out in all directions. She tried her best to stay conscious. It took alot of energy. The fire was blinding and really stroming hot. Like metal melting hot. Windows shatter hot. It was a big enough blast to kill all the guys in the area.

He stared up at the spiky ceiling. Well, not spiky, exactly. But textured. He wondered just how far in the wall they’d gotten. If they were to become big again, would they crush the stone or get crushed? 

Strange to think about.

“Well, would it mess anything up if I did? I could take her to your base, perhaps. Or a shoddy alternate location, though I’ve nothing set up besides Entoturis. Which I am claiming as mine, now that Lady Bug is gone.”

After the blast, the figures were still. However… there were a lot of them.

Enough to stand on multiple layers.

Pyk looked at the melted bodies, feeling sick.

Asher stumbled loosing balance. She had done enoigh killing pillaging and burning to be unfazed. But that blast took energy away like alot

Tam laid there for a while, exhausted but somehow unable to sleep.

All the emotions of the day came crashing down on her, and she curled into a ball next to Bat.

She cried until she fell asleep some hours later.
