Sand Mastre Posted Monday at 04:42 PM Posted Monday at 04:42 PM Turns out ChatGPT can actually tell me all about The longest Thread (Misadventures). I basically have ten separate entire essays about different parts of of powers and history. It’s probably all pretty bad and inaccurate but it feels like a solid base. I also have an idea for a plot blade. But I didn’t want that to be my only knowledge. I started reading from the beginning but it was long and I didn’t get very far. so I jumped half way and then was confused and lost again. should I read the last 10 pages to catch up or just jump in? 1

And where? Gathering back into a largely humanoid shape, he scrutinized the plants around him. An ant nest buried itself near the roots of a tree, insects whirring away busily. Pulling his form tighter together so as not to lose sapience, Kiornight crouched down, listening to the ants. Intruders ... breaking ... seeking ... killing ... Kiornight drew back sharply, flashing again momentarily. He hadn't conversed with them long enough to lose a significant number of fireflies, but it would be better to avoid it. Stepping back, he looked up, squinting through the thick foliage. Viridis froze as he caught the humanoid swarm looking straight at him, desperately hoping that his cloak would provide sufficient camouflage. He slowed his metabolism as much as he dared. 5 hours ago, Ink and Embers said: THERE'S A WIKI THAT'S AMAZING Yep 5 hours ago, Sand Mastre said: Turns out ChatGPT can actually tell me all about The longest Thread (Misadventures). His eyes scanned the canopy above him, and he spotted a bright red fruit sticking out amongst the foliage. He leaped up and grabbed it before devouring it quickly. He thought about the being he had seen; he hadn't heard of anything like it. Whatever it was, it was definitely far more than a mere swarm of mindless fireflies. He wondered if Kiornight knew of the pool, at the centre of the island. If he did, Viridis couldn't let him reach it first. Kiornight flew towards the centre of the island, noting the chittering of insects and the roar of some distant creature he wasn't particularly keen on meeting. Caz had told him there would be something of value here; something powerful. He wasn't certain what form it would take, but Caz was usually worth listening to. Unless the "something" here was peace and quiet, which was looking increasingly unlikely by the minute. He ground to a halt, hissing softly. A tangle of sundew - or another plant along those lines - rose in front of him, from the gritty earth to the darkened trees above. A mesh of branches blocked the majority of sunlight from above. It would slow him significantly, but it was better than passing through a plant that could destroy half his sentience in a matter of minutes. Kiornight began to work his way upwards, through the dense canopy, hoping whoever had brought that boat was still behind. 1

Viridis took a different path from the swarm creature; it would take longer to reach the pool, but he didn't want to cross paths with the being until he arrived there. He brought his metabolism up to the absolute limit he could with the level of oxygen in the air around him. Peering through gaps in the canopy, he saw that the sun would set soon, which meant that the flora around him would begin sucking up oxygen. Viridis halted when he heard a hiss - a hiss far, far louder than one should be. Before he had any time to react, a gargantuan snake burst from the undergrowth. The beast was over 15 metres long, and its head was covered in bony plates. Viridis yelped and dashed up the nearest tree. He had seen one of these before; Tyrannoserpens solus, he believed it was called. He breathed deeply, struggling to keep his heart rate under control as the creature slithered up to the base of his tree. It hissed once more, and then simply curled up beside the tree and stared at Viridis. Viridis sighed. This place has some... interesting fauna. Tyrannoserpens isn't a real snake, but it was 'descended' from Titanoboa.

Chat gpt wont do much. Um basically, for the big arc and large story. Witherlord (his vessel is Malevolence authors by @NameIess)= really bad guy and we need to find a way to stop him, rebus (authored by @Through the Living Heir) has a line and idea of how to stop him. This plan involves: the Iris, a mafia crime syndicate and the krusaders, the Iris calvery force; The Kimo labs, a laboratory run by Dax and became a part of Rebus empire; and an unnamed organization that Elinore and her crew are a part of. (All authored by yours truly) I think thats pretty good. Heir hasnt had much time to write and nameless is gone..m idk where he went prolly having a life unlike us, anyways, this plot is stalled so we have probably way to many small plots branched off. Right now im trying to get Elinore and her crew back to Rebus and Rebyl. 1

He said a bit loud. "Im not jumping off in the middle of space!?" - She blinked and then cried out in pain. "No! Everything hurts!" Her dress was tattered and her gloved mostly torn, underneath she had red burns that pulsed with some form of black energy, it was different then what was in the energy cores, that was blue. Her hair had also shifted to a dark brown instead of silver. - Leinard chucked the corpse and limbs into an incinerator - salt held her hand out and focused, then the apple exploded then reformed. "You'll have to get away once you land, then. Good luck." - Rebus leapt to his feet in alarm, though he nearly fell over afterwards. "I can lend you some Narration - that'll distance your mind from the pain - though I'm already spread far thinner than I'd prefer. Has anything like this happened before?" - "That was fun, wasn't it? He was a real person, you know - I might even have let him go eventually." Amoebus's voice laughed in Leinard's ear. "Now, if you tell anyone I'm here, Rebus will probably lock you up forever, thinking that'll keep me trapped. You really don't want to be working for him anyway - he's about the third evilest person around." - Rebus smiled. "Good form - a lot of novice Narrators go out of the way to specify that they're Narrating, which detracts from the purpose." Drawing two swords - which of course had not been there before - Rebus tossed one to Salt, then immediately lunged at her with the second. Regardless of ability, all characters will notice the roar of the creature. Rebus's hand began to burn, excruciating pain radiating from the scar Redemption had inflicted. Rebus, however, simply gritted his teeth and deactivated the pain. "One apocalypse at a time, please. Unless you shall help against the Witherlord, I need a Blade." - Eep! Cursed Treasure, highly alarmed by the development, felt like it maybe should have been consulted on all this. Are you sure you even want me? Did you just assume I was a monkey?” The Witherlord examined the figure. “You certainly look like one of my servants. Who are you?” he twitched a bit at being called a servant. "I am . I existed before and i am not a withergeist. The ball bounced eagerly. Is there a way I can help this time? I almost made a path into Heaven, but it seems my time with you has made me lean more Evil than Neutral. ————————— Skylight wandered in the Woods. He was dying, and the Witherlord hadn't even had to do anything. If that wasn't so frustrating, it might have even been funny. Rebus reached out to the Thread at large, watching all that had happed. He had to hold on... just a little longer... "Of course. He's terrifying, and if it was anyone else, I'd do everything I could to avoid drawing his ire." Rebus frowned. "But since he wants to kill almost everyone anyway, I might as well be doing something about it." - Rebus smiled at Afterimage. "As you may know, I'm making a weapon against to use against the Witherlord. Would you happen to have any Luxite?" "Yes, actually. I have some of the materials I need already." Rebus smiled sympathetically. "If you're worried about what you'll do without your powers, I'm sure I could pull some favors and find new abilities you could use." Rebus smiled. "Good form."
