"Well, you seem to have it well under control," noted Bacon. "And it sounds like the party is ending anyways..."

Sequence sighed, poofing another withergeist into mist with Conflict. "I suppose so... Well, it was nice seeing you again!"

“You mustn’t worry - I’ve killed the withergeist already. Omnicide is rather poor decision making, and I hold enough power that withergeist bonds hold no temptation.”

Sequence studied Rebus for a moment, then nodded, satisfied. She dismissed Conflict and dusted off her dress, double checking her surroundings for withergeists.
"Very well. Oh, was there something you wanted to discuss with me? You approached me before the withergeist attack." Sequence sat down in a rocking chair which materialized beneath her, and gently lifted a steaming cup of tea from the small satchel at her side.

She spit the webs out after removing most of them.

"Blech! Gross!"

Then she bit Prie's leg and dragged him out, still paralyzed.

Stikk, a legally distinct version of the critically acclaimed character from Words of Radiance, had finally bonded to a spren of his own. It had taken a mid-stick crisis for him to go from saying, “I am a stick.” to "Am I a stick?" This revelation was so shocking and profound that immediately a Cryptic showed up and gave him a Radiant bond for admitting the best lie that it had ever heard. Since then, Stikk had Lightweaved himself a body that looked mostly like a normal human (he didn't quite know what they were) and had managed to get through a perpendicularity with πe, or Pie, his bondspren. Now, they wander the lands as a really cool stick and his Shardblade that he couldn't use because sticks don't have hands, which is fine because although he was a stick, Stikk thought he might become more. He had made his way to Iri over the past 3 months, and was "sipping" his tea in a small shop. Mostly, he was just talking with the cup and waiting to see if any other so-called inanimate objects were in need of saving.

A fork hopped over.

"There."

"Thank you again."

Is he still paralyzed?

"It's very cool. I'd show you, if I knew a way out."

"Escaping," she repeated. Then light dawned in her eyes. "Right! Right. We got... got lost in my dungeons... sort of."

They saw the first person they'd seen since entering the door. A young girl wearing a green cloak hurried toward their pavilion with her head down, but she stopped when she saw them. Her face shifted to confusion, then fear.

AWW BOO.

“Yes… perhaps I should have picked another door.” Rebus turned to the girl, waving in a legitimately friendly way.

aw goodnight :D

Shoe panicked and did his best to fend them both off . . .

Shoe defeated them with ease - the test did not require anything but awareness. Another assassin - or perhaps they were closer to ninjas - appeared beneath the table with the drinks and stayed very quiet.

Symbol waved too.

The girl squeaked. “Wh- what are you doing here?”

“What do you mean?”

Tears welled up in her eyes. “Haven’t you done enough? Just leave us alone!” She turned and ran, splashing through the water ok the uncovered walkways.

Symbol was left feeling disturbed.

The ninja was sneakily mixing together caffeinated, alcoholic, hydrating, and carbonated drinks, and hiding it among the drinks already there. Such a concoction would ruin anyone’s ability to function.

Good thing Shoe was not planning to drink anything.

He saw the assassin put the drink on the table and attacked.
