Most of them seemed to be animal bones, like deer or bears or the like, but there were a few that just seemed . . . She kicked a couple of them over, revealing a very much human skull. Laying on its side, there were huge gouges and chunks ripped out of its flesh, and one of its legs was missing. The head wasn't visible. That explained the smell, at least. Oh, gosh . . .

It was a big building, covered in pipes and other random cool looking gray things. It looked very dead. The scientist jumped off the vehicle and moved to the front doors, punching the code into the keypad.
