"Why are you poking me?" 4 hours ago, Ookla the Cookie Collector said: The Emperor seeks an answer in his head, trying to keep his focus. "Hold your line! This war cannot last forever! We will not die cowards! If we do die, we do it with honor! Defending the planes of existence!" He yells to the man. "If you die! Know that you are an honorable and loyal warrior of the Celestial Gods! You have a place as a warrior in the afterlife! Defending those who cannot help themselves! Do not fear death my friend! Because if it didn't fear us! We wouldn't be fighting it as of right now!" He tells the man to relay the message to the rest of the soldiers. The man runs back, armor of the Imperial army taking shape from his indistinct form as he went. He shouted the Emperor's words to the soldiers around him, soldiers around him gaining detail and form as well. Soon, the Emperor saw his army clearly, as if taken from his memories. The other army remained indistinct, however. Shadowy shapes ripped holes in his army, and one punched through the lines only a dozen feet away from the Emperor. 23 minutes ago, Ookla the Bacon said: Are you certain you would be willing to accept the restrictions necessary to participate in such a program? He told Nethek and Eva everything, and he when he talked about their mother he tried to be as delicate as possible. Well, maybe he didn't tell them everything. He left out the parts with the priest. By the time he was done, he'd sat on the couch again and was a little misty-eyed. Neither of them knew what to say to that. For a long moment, they were silent. He's literally having a mental breakdown and he's not able to emotionally function. "This is what I bloody get for becoming a planar mercenary!!!!" He yells into the open sky, yet it bounces off of the temple and echoes back to him as if mockingly. He curls up into a ball and starts to cry, hoping he's alone and that nobody sees. The blade passes through the enemy's neck like a ghost through a wall, and as it does, the head goes cold and the enemy's eyes roll back into its head and it falls, dead before it's body touches the ground.
