Sain disappeared, and after a short time, a figure appeared. One in sleek mech armor.

The mech had a sword at its side, the sword sheathed. For now. It had a powerful jet on its back, and the plating was seamless.

And finally, the helmet. It was a simple thing, but… the simplicity wasn’t what one thought when they thought helmet. There was no cursor, see. Nothing to see out of.

A voice bolted out of the mech. {Yep! Here we go. Now, can we talk? You know, now that you cannot threaten me.}

The suit gave a distinct feeling of being immune to Narration.

Pyk’s suit disappeared. Well, really, a pale man crawled inside, but same difference. “Sorry! Mission for The Scribe!”

Asher blinked and sighed. "This Scribe dude again."

Owen takes both the teleporting and the stars with about the same amount of surprise. “Cool, how’d you do that? Do you know why the stars are colorful?” 

Owen had been mostly just following along, but when Eva comes in, he smiles at her kindly. “Thank you, I’d love one. I’m Owen.” 

“Yes!” She said. “Yes. Of course.” She frowned. “Guests. Yes.” 

“They’re just like that,” Beosta said. 

Eva smiled back, set a little at ease, and held out the plate.

Rebus takes something from his pocket and tosses it into the nearest trash container, whatever form that may take. Walking smoothly away, he reaches a wall as a swarm of silver dust - which had formally been trash - leaps from the trash can and collects in front of him, forming a DJ booth. He begins remixing any already present music, modifying it with nanotech speakers and wave cancellations. 
Owen nods. “I wonder if anybody knows. Honestly, I wonder if anyone knows why silver stars are silver.” 
He takes a cookie, and bites into it. “These are really good! I can’t even remember the last time I had a homemade cookie. Thank you.”

He can hear Tam, for reasons, but Beosta described out loud the destination. He thought that she was responsible - and I suppose she was, though Tam did the teleporting.

The one they got from the Dreamsmith.” Sequence shuddered. “I really hope, for your sake, that you never have to lay eyes on that thing.”

As Eof walks away, a thought comes into his mind. This is unusual, for the among the first lessons he ever learned upon gaining his foresight was that allowing Narrators to read your mind will never end well. Regardless, this thought peeked through for some reason.

That poor fragment of a Narrator. Working so hard on a quest that will end fruitlessly.
