Hey, Shoe said, walking up to Cricket.

What's going on?

I second this

"Yeah," Bat said, "but that was different. You're nice. It was just... weird seeing you as a crab. Stalking me."

Cricket lowered his eyes. "I'm sorry, it's just... I want to protect you, and sometimes the only way to protect is to stay away. I'll come back, I swear. I... I'm sorry it has to be like this."

She didn't say anything, but she did run back into the castle again.

Silver interprets these thoughts, and the explosion is focused towards various beasts. There were only five left.

While Lady Bug was fretting about unnecessary details, Asher had killed most of the beasts.

Asher let out a slightly crazy laugh. "This is fun. I love this new suit."

I got distracted making an entire page about different orders and their powers and what their powers do.

Oh, he said, watching Tam run back into the little sandcastle. Where are you going?

I think if your answer is that gravity would break, you did something wrong. I don't have the time to devote proper research into this, but gravity seems pretty reliable to me.

EDIT: Especially because time dilation is a very real thing, but we don't see gravity breaking (or to my knowledge, the effects you mention at all)

Well, the reason gravity breaks is because these things go over the speed of light.

Usually this is not possible, because as something speeds up, it get more and more massive, and therefore the acceleration becomes less and less, until the speed caps at the speed of light. If it surpasses that, the equation gives an imaginary number. Gravity and acceleration are dependent on mass. So those become imaginary as well.

But these don’t speed up to the point. They are already there.

She's kinda emotional right now, in case you couldn't tell ;D

Training? Hmm. He leaned in conspiratorially.

Y'know, I was also thinking about finishing up my training . . . do you think . . . ?

Put them together; not take them apart, necessarily.

yeah, Subversion brought him to Gaioh. And he could probably help the Ennuller half too.

I would think that you did your math wrong then, because there must be acceleration. Newton's 1st law shows that either they must have started at those incredible speeds (which I don't think is possible) or they must have accelerated.

Cricket looked confused, but embraced. She was acting... strange, right now. Best not to upset her.

"They'd accept you, for sure. But I'm not sure Tam can handle much more right now. Maybe best to stay with her."
