“No. I don’t want to. Stop arguing,” she snapped.

I'm not arguing with you, he said gently, eyeing the hair she was fidgeting with, It's just not yours. I can handle it just fine now.

"Of course. You will need to be mentored in the proper usage of your newfound abilities."

What if . . . I don't want to learn to use them?

He sighed. Just . . . give it back soon, alright?

“Calm down,” she snapped.

Livetha didn’t like Beosta’s tone, so she took the anxiety for herself.

Beosta’s head instantly felt clearer. “Sorry. I… sorry for getting mad.”

"Well... you must, regardless. All who wield the power of Silence must be trained, for the safety of the Thread."

. . . Oh. If he'd been able to feel it, his anxiety probably would have shot up.

He looked at Beosta. Um . . .

She frowned. That posed some problems. You’ll be okay. And you’ll get cool powers to use against bad guys.

Yeah, but . . . I don't want that.

It was weird, being concerned but not really feeling anything.

What is it you want, then?

thanks.

Cricket cracked upon an eyelid, confused. Divide it? It flowed throughout his body, not collected in one area. It was not that simple to amass. Nevertheless, he valiantly tried to from the power and bring it to his hand and foot, to no avail. "I'm sorry, Quagmire, I just can't do it."

"Very well. Instead, imagine it swirling around your center of self, creating a vortex of power."

Cricket concentrated, trying to focus. A vortex of power. He tried to replicate the feeling he got every time he Enulled. He looked up and smiled. He felt it.

"Good good. Now use the vortex to guide the energy into the center of the vortex. It may take a few tries."

Cricket focused, then sighed, falling backwards. Center of the vortex? He got up, dusting himself off and tried again. And failed again.

"What is this 'Linux'?" asked Selppaenip curiously.

"Um. Which way did you say the teleporter was, again...?"

"What on earth do you mean? Rain doesn't have any pizzazz at all!"

"Well, I know you're important somehow. I had a premonition." He snapped his fingers absent-mindedly, vanishing away the sand.

Good. Now, compress it and condense it into a single core.

Bacon made some protests, but they were muffled by the ice.

😮 Not the split core technique!

Hmm. I suppose you can't speak normally either, then?

Bacon finally managed to break free of the ice. "Well! Tam, that was-"

He cut off when he saw Faunus and Subversion glaring at each other.

"...uh... I'm not interrupting anything, am I...?"

Do you not know what Linux is? *glare daggers*
Tenth nodded.

NameIess has decided I need to join TLT, but I can’t decide, should I do a male or female narrator?

joining TLT is required.

"Um, alright." Subversion cleared her throat. "The dread Plotblades will be discovered by... somebody." She shook her head. "Nope. Got nothing."

"Real prophetic."

"Go right ahead." Subversion waved at Platypus. "See if you can do better than me."

"Oh, I meant for you. I know I'm not a prophet."

The Brave Adventurer nodded. "As expected. Your kind are short-sighted."

Hacob rolled his second set of eyes at that remark.

"Hmm. Let me give it a try." Bacon scrunched up his forehead. "The dread Plotblades will be discovered by... Three rabbits in a trenchcoat? Well, that can't be right."

"I mean... At least it's more specific than hers. Even if it's probably wrong."

17 hours ago, NameIess said:

"Well the Great Wizard does have rabbits." Subversion frowned. "It's possible, isn't it? Should we try to find three rabbits in a trench coat?" Subversion snapped her fingers, and suddenly Platypus, Bacon, and her were standing in a barren desert with nothing around for twenty miles at least. The sun burned overhead, and vultures circled. "Maybe a change of scenery will help us make a prophecy."

Platypus glared at Subversion. "Did it have to be a desert? I hate deserts. No water at all."

17 hours ago, NameIess said:

"They'll be going as well, once they're cleared with medical. The Narrator may go as he wishes of course, we can hardly stop him. If you want, you can stay with your friends until they are cleared."

"Am I cleared with medical? Do I need to be? If not, I'll just stay with them."

16 hours ago, NameIess said:

"You refer to Subversion the Narrator and the Immortal Platypus? They will be invited to the trial in order to testify. Platypus in particular seemed to believe that he had evidence of extreme import."

A voice whispered in the area. Oh, he does.

"Alright General, we should have this up in a few more minutes, once Jim over there is done installing Linux on the main computer."

oh, Linux will have even more problems than Nowhere's software :P

excuse me guys it would be nice anyone could summarise the story of what happened from the start.

and who are tam and traveler

I would be very surprised if anyone knew the story from the beginning. especially considering that there was no real story for a long time. the current plotlines are complicated, and I've been gone a while.

"Good, you have now formed your core. This is the source of your powers. All you must do is practice forming it into different ideals."
