Tomato the Tarantula scuttled around the corner and stopped at Shoe's feet, looking expectantly at the muffin.

Tam looked at Beosta, "I SWEAR it wasn't me this time."

Shoe kneeled down next to the tarantula and broke off a piece of his muffin for it.

"Mmm!" she said. "It's even better than I imagined!"

"The machine?" Sequence looked thoughtful. "I... I do not recall... But certainly there must be some way to repair it! Or even just free those trapped there." She seemed very eager to help. "What happens to somebody when they attempt to enter unreal space, now that the time has stopped flowing there?"
