The- Kingleader? Wanted to talk to them?

That didn't sound good.

Especially since, well, they couldn't talk.

I never pay much attention. Whatever’s standard issue. I like boots. She lifted one a little. They’re very reliable.

It’s the end goal of the school. If you want a bonded animal, you study the risks and rewards of the bond and how to balance each other out. The heroic thing is to prove that we work well together.
