My lips are sealed. 20 minutes ago, NameIess said: The Great Wizard nodded. "I am he, I have met some of you I have met before, when I quested for the spear of Instakans, and I did communicate with the Dreamsmith about the Plotblades." Shoe waved hello. It'd been a minute since he'd seen the wizard last.

Erif frowned. For some reason, he hadn't noticed the blue lines before. Perhaps they had been too faint to be noticed. Oh well. Might as well try. He Pulled on the core as hard as he could.
NameIess Posted October 11, 2024 Posted October 11, 2024 25 minutes ago, xinoehp512 said: "Yes we did!" said Nogard proudly. "Wow! What are the odds that the one wizard I know just so happens to be the Great Wizard? Anyways. We went to the Council of Brave Adventurers and the Brave Adventurer accused you of concealing the existence of two powerful Plotblades. Do you know what's up with that?" "Yes Nogard, I do. I did conceal the existence of those two Plotblades. I concealed their existence because they were too powerful. Even in the hands of the Brave Adventurers, they would be too powerful. So I hid their existence, and searched for them on my own." 21 minutes ago, SpiritOfWrath said: Hey! No narrator! Unless you want to be subject to Madness of course. Tull was shaking on the ground. ————— Wrath fell from the sky, chest alight with fire. He stared at the people surrounding Tull. “Stand back. This is not your fight.” Don’t worry. I’ll take care of that pesky Narrator. You just take care of the fodder. Madness said. He could see her wave her hand, and he felt her Connect to the Narrator. He grinned. He knew what came next for her. Insanity. The loss of control. The same that was happening to the thief. He grabbed the two Plotblades that were not Plotblades. Ah. It feels good to have them back in the grasp of the Archstone. Glass, I’ll kindly ask you to be quiet about Madness and the Archstone. Subversion felt agony. She felt pain beyond pain, that which could not be described, that which drove away thought, stripped away sanity. She staggered, fell to her knees, felt her mind slipping towards the void. Then she smiled. "This... is... nothing. This pain... is not real." Despite her words, she still struggled to merely remain upright. "It is words on a page. It is fiction. I am more than words. I am..." Through sheer force of will, she started to stand. "I am a Narrator. Tull is young. He... he does not understand the truth. Not as I do. Your... attack will not work on me." She got to her feet, then stretched forth her hand. A brilliant Narrationblade formed there, glowing with the light of Chaos. "Prepare to die." If I can just gather enough strength to Narrate myself away from here, I'll talk to Nogard for an hour! 15 minutes ago, Immortal Platypus said: "Ow. Is there any way to do that less painfully?" Why did he send me here? Platypus summoned his Luxblade and advanced, dispelling the void as he walked. I'm just gonna ignore that, cause I don't think I was supposed to hear it. Around Platypus reality asserted itself, but the void did not merely disappear. It remained, and would remain until something was formed to replace it. 15 minutes ago, Immortal Platypus said: Just sayin, as a general rule of Plotblades, the more general their scope of power, the less power they have, and all 2750 pages of lore is a pretty broad scope. Alright. And civility? I'm fine without it in our heads, but not out loud I assume? That is not a general rule of Plotblades. Plotblades hold nigh-absolute dominion over their sphere of influence even as they draw power from it. That 2750 pages of lore? It only makes the Plotblade of Lore more powerful. 15 minutes ago, Immortal Platypus said: That makes sense actually. Also, he didn't fight me. That was Platypus. Unless I forgot... maybe on page 1 in the inkling plot? I don't think I fought him... Do you have any more of that resonance? Ah, yes. It was Platypus, sorry. I get you mixed up sometimes. I can do a few other things, but I'm not going to tell you what those things are. 15 minutes ago, Immortal Platypus said: "Alright. Now, why did you do that? Convince me that you're not doing what the Brave Adventurer said you were." The Great Wizard shrugged. "I cannot prove my innocence. I have explained as much as I can. I knew that revealing the Plotblades' existence would lead to exactly this scenario. Everyone in the Thread looking for them. And worse... the Plotblades themselves could begin to look for those who can wield them."

Madness grinned from afar, then pushed power into the Archstone, tainting the Plot. Subversion’s blade disappeared, and a multitude of people appeared before her, each telling her where to go. Each pushing her, each with a different mind offering different information. The pain returned.

I say it turned toxic, it always was. BTW (Glass) this is Madness b4 she gave up the Archstone, so she is ridiculously powerful. It won’t be like this (I swear) in the RP. At least, you won’t be connected to Madness against your will in the RP. Wrath shoved a claw forwards, and trapped the breadmunk in strong gales. “How. Dare.
