So they had summoned Cthulhu to help them regain their memories.

This went better than expected.

Only half of them died, and a quarter went insane.

But Victor was completely unscathed.

But he also didn't remember his name. And his favorite quarter was insane.

His favorite penny, however, was not.

This made him Sad.

This left him with no choice but to be a pet noodle.

Victor realized that his name had always been Victor

But that he was no Sad.

Which translated to "so he was no longer sad"

But his name was Sad now.

Sad Victor and Penny went to the market, but when Victor tried to spend her, Penny cried out in horror.

This was because Penny was a germaphobe.

Penny made Mr. Germ sad.

Sad and Sad wandered around aimlessly

"Sad Victor," said Sad Penny, "would you find me a spouse so I'm no longer sad?"

Sad Victor objected to this.

Sad Penny, however decided to run away

I'm wanting to join in to this, but it's too long to read it all. Could someone give me a quick summary of the story thus far?
