Ok, so @Ishar told me to “define dead” because the word “dead” has very blurry boundaries in Sanderson books. This character is dead, like actually dead.

Again, there are a lot of characters who have been "actually dead" for a period of time in these books.

I think actually dead implies the beyond.

Ok... Bluefingers... I think he died anyway...
