[OB] Funny moments in Oathbringer

Probably my favorite was the description of all of the newly changed parshmens behaviors. Especially the Azish who decided to formally lodge a formal complaint as opposed to outright war.

I loved how it [their relationship] was barely more than an offhand mention, nothing that required pages of discussion one way or the other.

Also Jasnah savagely taking down Amaram to his face was a major comedic highlight for me, doubly so for how unexpected it was.

That scene in Kholinar where Kaladin wait for Shallan near the palace and she came to him and asked what did he think about her boots just cracked me up for some reason. She is going to use that theme always isn't she?

It just occurred to me that in their initial interaction, she was posing specifically as a horneater going to a Wedding. The boots running joke had been going on so long I forgot about the original context.

Not cool. I wandered into this thread after I ran out of upvotes. Will try to remember to return when they refresh.

For some reason I found it really hilarious when the wall guard was patrolling with Kaladin and they were laughing at that "useless chicken", Kaladin went ready to laugh with them till he saw...thats actually my best friend and possibly the greatest swordsman, commander and genuinely nice person in Roshar. But yeah, he does love fashion.

Also the thought that Szeth was Dalinar's new main bodyguard and no-one batted an eye at that .

And Kaladin's (Paraphrased) "Anyone that could have helped us is dead, insane, a traitor or a mix of the above. Great"

Nightblood been the voice of reason about Nalan as one reviewer pointed out:

N: He is almost evil. 

S: He is one of the least evil people in our world

N: Then your world has some serious issues.

Thanks everyone for posting all of these! There were so many funny moments it is hard to keep track of them, reading your favorites is bringing them all back.

If I had to pick one it would be Lopen's face stuck to the plateau, promising the earth he wouldn't leave her...It went on for several pages, which just made it funnier. Kaladin didn't bother to tell him how to get unstuck...
