Role call?

Edit: Oh wait, you mean who has the book? *raises hand*

Storm you, but it's nothing personal.

Who has it already? I certainly... am not planning on doing anything nefarious. :P

You have it?

I live too close to the source to find that kind of mistake. :(

I just suddenly envisioned having another sharder read me a book over the phone. It would take hours just to get through a single chapter.

Especially because any time they read a name, I'd probably be saying, "Are you sure that's how to pronounce it?"

Haha when I first read Mistborn, I was pronouncing 'feruchemy' "pharoah-shemy" in my head and then I introduced my friend to the series and he said "feru-chemy" and I stopped and thought to myself "like iron and chemistry. That makes way more sense."

I have just the opposite issue. I usually listen to books the first time so when I come here and read names I'm like who the heck is that? I was spelling Nightblood Knightblood forever until someone corrected me here.

Sanderson is the one author I have to read first. He's also the only author I own just about every book in multiple formats. I've got physical books signed for lending to people, ebooks for referencing quotes and initial reads, and audiobooks for rereading infinity times before I die. My goal is to get Brandon enough money to build Peter his own secret underground theater so he doesn't have to share.

Same here I have most in triplicate form. Worth every penny.

I actually buy all his stuff that way too. A physical copy to devour on the day I always schedule off work following release, a Kindle to read on the sly or when it's not convenient to lug a 2k page book around, and an audiobook to listen to for subsequent re-reads.

And I dont have it yet. I'm so jealous people have it now.

How much a minute would you charge to read it to me over the phone?

Sadly, it is actually my parent's book (I'm just a poor student who hasn't yet worked on getting an own impressive book shelf) and I couldn't take it with me when going back to my own place because there were more family members who wanted to read it.

I'll probably get my own someday. Even if only to always have access to them when writing theories.

I'm going to have Tuesday's hottest Twitch stream. (Disclaimer: Satire. I have no intentions of getting sued by my hero.)

What if you did a twitch stream where it was literally just you sitting in your chair, reading silently and reacting to the amazing things that happen?

(Love your screen name ;))

:lol::lol:

Probably would be better for everyone if I just recorded myself and then clipped down to the highlights.
