I have you pegged as the Rarity of the Reckoners RPG now. :P

Fancy that, I always saw myself as more of the Applejack type.

....who am I?

Take a long hard look at your screen name, add a dash of Pinkie Pie, and then you tell me. :P

Darn, I wanted to be Applejack. After all, I actually live on a farm.

AHA! I suspected as much! Now if you'll excuse me, I have to vanish into a basket of loofahs.

I can see you as Applejack.

But you did such a good job playing fashionista with the new outfit for the girls and Nighthound's clothes.

Yes....but you brought it up in the first place, IIRC.

That was me being honest, he did the fashiony stuff. Plus, I got the hard worker attitude.

Rarity is pretty hardworking too, though. :P

...um I remind people of uncomfortable stuff, like that they have to write new posts?

I'm guessing there are no characters from MLP who are obsessed with creating Epic profiles?

Well, we see in Party Pooped that she's surprisingly obsessed with cataloging profiles for everyone she knows, so you're rather like her in that respect... :P

Hey, what does the Dalles use as currency? Would vondra stick to american money, would they use a sort of credit system, or is it all barter now?

They use a new method of currency called RPD or Right to Punch Deathwish. :P

It's expected to expand rapidly.

Dollars are still considered legal tender in The Dalles, but a lot of barter happens on the streets. The most basic of needs, food, water, and housing, are supplied by the town government in exchange for labor.

EDIT: Or, what Voidus said. :P

"Okay, I have fourteen bars of pure gold."

"So not worth my two RPD credits."

"....fifteen bars?"

Can I use the bars to wallop Deathwish in the face?

Ah, that makes sense, economically at least.  ;)

So items that have greater potential force of impact are worth more then?

Portland is expected to introduce Nighthound Decapitation credits any day now, though Neverthere will insist on trying to introduce Nighthound hugging credits, all examples found will be burned on the spot.

Arsenal thinks they should start handing them out like parking tickets. The Dalles would have the least traffic violations in the union within a week.

Either that or Arsenal would promptly be hung drawn and quatered by the entire population. So win-win I guess? :P

Oh, almost forgot to mention! The amazing Newan asked a question off the FUNTIMES list at the San Diego signing!

From this answer, it doesn't seem like there's much--if any--pattern to Epic powers themselves, which is comforting to know.

(Also, Vin's weakness makes me sad. :()

On the plus side if she was a High Epic (Which she almost certainly would be) it'd make her nigh-impossible to kill and difficult for anyone to even discover her weakness, so immortal Vin ftw! :D

Oh sweet. I was bracing myself for the moment in Calamity when I said "....crap, Funtimes should've been a precog and Koschei should've had Backtrack's powers."

Most Epic weaknesses are pretty sad when you think about them. Even Fortuity, King of the Chulls, has a weakness that hints at a past that makes you want to give him a hug. (Not anymore, obviously--you relinquish your right to hugs when you start murdering for the lolz, but before, maybe.)

On a completely unrelated note I am now creating an Epic called Vin with metal manipulating powers, no one will ever guess what her weakness is.
