Szeth will start to bond with a....Justice spren? AND Nightblood will grant him some sort of mutant powers.

The ghost bloods will try and pay Roshone out to rekill jasnah, in a more permanent fashion (if the town she is approaching is indeed hearthstone)

(And no, I mean like actual doctors reusing compounding gold needles (although we don't know what metal steals Allomantic gold yet), along with a Duralumin spike charged with Feruchemical aluminum, so that they give the patients gold pills to burn.) Hmmm.... one of the ships on future Mistborn will be called "Harmony" and another "Serenity".
