Aether he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) Buy. If not in mistborn then in SA. Edit: forgot a question Yolish dragons will be humanoid NO! Dragons are HUGE FIRE-BREATHING LIZARDS. No exceptions! (I like dragons) Yolish dragons have their own unique kind of magic. Edited May 16, 2014 by Aether 2
Left he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy. Although I know almost nothing about them. Silence Divine will have a lot of appearences in the world hopping books.
TheArcanist he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy. It seems like the Greater Roshar system is going to play a big role in the Cosmere. We'll travel to Ashyn during the Stormlight Archive after Kaladin figures out Windrunner space travel.
Left he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy. It'll be very brief, but it'll happen. Sebarial will become Highprince of commerce.
Glaring at the Survivor he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) Buy, but just barely. Sebarial will worldhop. Edited May 16, 2014 by Stroniax
TheArcanist he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) Buy. He deserves it. Sell. I doubt any of the main cast on Roshar will world hop. Coming back from the Vengeance Pact War will throw the Alethi army into the middle of a civil war. Edited May 16, 2014 by TheArcanist
Ashiok Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell. Nobody else has power at this point Vivienna will reach the 9th heightening
Baine he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell. I still don't think she'd be comfortable taking that many people's Breaths. Since it got missed, I'll say it again. We will see a Returned Sentient Awakened Object. (something like Nightblood, but Returned instead of man-made.)
Swimmingly he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell. To do that, you'd have to make a sentient object, kill it, then have it Returned. However, I can see using a Divine Breath to awaken an object.
Left he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy to Swimmingly I guess, although that isn't really a proposal. There will be a PoV chapter or interlude for Nohadon in the SA.
Glaring at the Survivor he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy, that would be really cool. And there have been interludes from other points in time too, right? Nightblood will seem to die at some point in time and cosmere.
Kobold King he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy. He'll probably be presumed destroyed in some great war. In the third Mistborn trilogy, Nightblood will be an ancient and curious museum piece. 2
Left he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Hehe, that'd be fun. That'd be really fun. Old man voice, "Wooouuld yooouu like toooo desstrroyy some evilll todaaaay!?" Buy. The Stick will kill the god beyond.
TheArcanist he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) Sell. As much as the Church of the Stick would like it to be true. Shallan will kill Pattern, but will be forced into it by circumstance. Edited May 16, 2014 by TheArcanist
Left he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell, but Pattern is going to fascinated and scared about the whole Syl Kaladin thing. We'll meet another large sliver of Honor, like stormfather, in the first five books.
Kobold King he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell, I doubt there are many more pieces of him. I could definitely be wrong about that though. Zahel will be thrown in prison during SA, and will remark about how frequently this happens to a confused Kaladin.
Shardmancer he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell.. tough to sell on this one.. but he is an adrent so he is kinda above most of the laws.. hard to put away man of god. Shallan will be the leader of the Ghostbloods by the end of SA?
BreathTaker he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy Kal and Shallan will end up being enemies.
Ashiok Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell because Sanderson makes the two powerful characters get together Adolin will die, and Shallan will go to Kaladin. Then they will become an item. (Don't tell Feather)
BreathTaker he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 You just did. Sell though because, while there is a certain attraction between the two of them I don't think it will work. Kal and Szeth will grudgingly have to work together at some point.
Ashiok Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 sell (WOR SPOILER) he has Flipping NIGHTBLOOD! It's going to make him more insane than he already is There will be time travel at some point in the cosmere.
Shaggai Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) sell (WOR SPOILER) he has Flipping NIGHTBLOOD! It's going to make him more insane than he already is There will be time travel at some point in the cosmere. Buy, because relativity and FTL. Dragons will not breathe fire, but magic, possibly imitating fire. Edited May 16, 2014 by Shaggai
Shardmancer he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell- The dragons are dragons- he will do them cool.. maybe they will talk or be badass and witty like the Hobit but wont take away the fire. Ordinary shardblades will be obsolete by book 10.. since everyone will be uberpowered
Swimmingly he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Buy. They're already obsolete if you're up against a Knight - but a Shardbearer is still a force to be reckoned with. We will start to see Knights bonded to spren brought back from the dead, but anchored to their Knight via the gemstone-based pseudo-Nahel bond. They will not fit the temperaments of their orders, and will often be in conflict with their spren, but will also work better with other orders.
BreathTaker he/him Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Sell. Doesn't make sense to me. quick question, where can I find what each order of the KR is capable of (not just the bindings) WoR Spoiler One of the KR will have a Shard-Battle axe full time, not just momentarily like Kal did, and I imagine it would be a Horneater becasue they remind me of Scotts who have a Russian accent.
