If she can get enough water into the locks of her restraints,and then freeze it, then the lock would break and she could escape her restraints. Don't know what happens after that but... what do you guys think?

I had a idea that he would head a Black Ops team that took out Epics who live in Corvallis. I could have him search for Iconoclast. I don't think a team like that would be necessary. Any Epics that do go rogue or too destructive could be taken care of by whatever government Epics are available and suited to the job. It wouldn't happen often enough to warrant a dedicated team, especially when each Epic needs a different response to counter their powers.but if Blaze and Coma are fine he could always be assigned with some guards to go looking for Icon anyway? Pretty much all she does is spy on or annoy/murder other people I might try to get something up for her though, she does have some things to be about, contacting the empire, trying to figure out why Lucentia is in Portland, find information on the other factions. I like the change in Impact's thought process, very well done corruption, Voidus Thank you muchly! Scribblers got something similar going on albeit with her own type of corruption, Impacts is pretty straightforward. Guess the Dalles is in for some Corrupted!Voidus Epics

Or if a Rending is cut short if the weakness is encountered. Like if Nightwielder had of manifested in sunlight. I sort of think that Calamity would intentionally avoid that (assuming he has enough knowledge to do so), though. Actually, ice has a lot of energy. It's still about 270 degrees from absolute zero. Also the ground she is laying on has some temperature. I don't think that her energy absorbtion has to limit itself. Suck energy from surroundings, make it -200 or something. Sun and air will warm it VERY fast with such a temperature difference and repeat the process. Then, after few cykles, release the whole stored energy to explode the prison. Let me repeat, ice has a lot of energy left to suck it's not liquid helium 1
