If she were a morally upstanding human being that's what she would do. Unfortunately, she's Nevertheres friend so sadly all our enjoyment of Nighthound losing his head in a very literal way rests with Ray. She uses a whistle I believe, so yes she could blow half the museum right now but she's not willing to die for it and it still might not be enough to actually cause it to fall.
