Official Sanderfan - First RAFO on the AMA. :P

Anyone want to get a direction on where we want Corvallis to go? We seem to have forgotten Converter.

Edit: Gonna get some reckoners questions in, I promise.

Silver, the user writing for Converter, is currently absent. Vacation, I think? Or summer camp, or some other similar thing. We're trying to avoid writing for Converter as a result, and as such the focus is currently not on that plot line.  When Silver returns, Converter will no doubt then escape. You must also remember that, in game, only a few hours into the new day has started, and the exact amount for each character is different (Rainmaker still hasn't got a post yet). So not much in game time has passed since Converter got captured.

Edit: Edgedancer Yes. I got dragged out to lunch in the middle of typing the post, and my train of thought completely evaporated, but that was my intention.

True. Do we know where we are going?

Also, just asked the following. I call the answer to number one!

1. What is one Epic power you wished was in one of the Reckoners books but isn't?

2. Does a Herald using an Honorblade consume the same "dangerous" amounts of Stormlight?

3. 4 Hemalurgic spikes steal Allomancy, 4 steal Feruchemy, and 4 more steal Human traits. Do the other four a) steal a trait every normal human has, B) steal something only some humans have, or c) steal something no human has?

To my knowledge, Silver and Comatose were discussing involving Insight, Comatose's Epic that captured Euphoria. I was under the impression Phoenix would be involved as well. Currently Mannequin, controlled by Gleeman (who hasn't returned since initially joining, though that's possibly due to the character not being involved), and three of my minor Epics are on-site at Converter's prison, as well as many other security personnel and mannequins being controlled by Mannequin.

Well, my Argon is still a couple hours ahead of everyone else, so nothing important will happen with him for a while, he is also still about 10km from the city. Blaze, remember that Buttercup is supposed to receive a raport (around 2pm) about events at the checkpoint.

Summer will get her post tomorrow, but she won't be involved in anything concerning other epics until the end of this day. I have plans for her, Argon and Drainer for their evening :>

Made that less horrifying for you.

Gravity Falls is in Oregon

All makes sense now

I think Mabel and Funtimes would get along well.

Now you know how I feel every Sunday when I come home from church. :P

Between Funtimes being an alternate dimensional version of Mabel Pines and Vondra sharing the Minions' loyalty with Obliteration, we've worked up quite the crossover here. :P

They look... so very enthusiastic.:lol:

Mailliw, if you're reading this: how would you feel about a future battle between Lightwards and Chimera, with the zoo as stakes?

YES. And I know we decided somewhere back in one of the first Questions how their mental control would work against each other, but I don't remember what we decided. Do you?

I remember what conversation you're talking about, but I don't remember it. And, frankly--

I'm pretty sure we agreed that Lightwards could kill and zombify chimeras without issue, but I can't remember what we decided about how Chimera would affect his Warriors.

Maybe Chimera could control the Warriors, but only if he fused it with an animal that's under his own control? Essentially he'd be removing the part of the Warrior that Lightwards holds sway over.

Well, that matches exactly what we decided. "As far as the mind control goes, I think if Lightwards raised an animal and Chi combined it with some other animal, he would have control of it. If Lightwards raised a dead creation of Chi's, it would be his. If Nighthound took over Chi's creation he would have control unless Chi combined it. Sound right?" :P

I bow to your superior searching skills. So yeah, it sounds like this battle has the potential to be pretty cool. Maybe even on the scale of Funtimes vs Nighthound vs Lightwards or Impact vs Deathwish.

It only took the word "mental" in the very first Question. :) I was actually really surprised that it was that easy. :P Would it only be Lightwards or would he bring others?

Probably Aldo and Cricket. Funtimes and the Jagers would most likely be assigned to another part of the city on a mission, as he'd want to ensure the Battle of the Zoo is his victory and not theirs. Being trapped in tar and diamond all day has given him a bit of a self-worth issue. :P

Other people's Empire characters would for the most part be welcome to participate in the battle.

Okay, then without Jägers and Funtimes, the battle will be much more fair. :) And much more fun. It's no fun if they all just gang up on him. :P

Which is the out-of-universe reason I want them out of the battle. :P

When would you like this to happen?

Game-tomorrow, I'd say. Early next morning Lightwards can interrogate someone on all the closest Epics in town, and upon hearing about Chimera will decide to make a "brief detour" to take the zoo.

Is Chimera typically an early-riser?

Sounds good to me.

Yeah, and he's definitely not going to be sleeping well tonight after using his powers that much.

All right, Remington and Funtimes are all set to head back to the cottage.

I'm busy writing about the Siamese Revolution of 1688 at the moment, but when I'm done I'll try to do a Lightwards post.

And there's no plausible way Lightwards could've been involved in that…though I suppose it's for the best.:P

"The Mandarin Phetracha, previously one of Narai's trusted military advisors, took advantage of the elderly Narai's illness, and killed Narai's Christian heirs."

I dunno. This is some Epic-level slontzeness right here. :P
