Or when you have such a long list of stuff to put on here you forget all of it.

Or when as you are creating your entry you look around expectantly anticipating the appearance of creationspren.

Thank you, Chronicles of Narnia, for teaching me this in my childhood. :D

Oh, I knew that, but I thought you were referring to a torch like a stick with the end on fire.

I am a stick.

But you could be fire.

I am a stick.

Back on topic. You know you are a Sanderfan when have about 400 pennies and nickels in your backpack in case of an emergency.

And @Sunbird, I can't remember if I learned that from Narnia, or the Kane Chronicles.

Pretty positive I read it in Narnia, but as a child don't remember the instance. What I remember is learning that a torch is a flashlight from Dr. Who.

It's also in Kane Chronicles, but I'm pretty sure I just assumed they were using some magical hijinks to create stick-and-fire torches until I learned it from Doctor Who.

It makes so much more sense when you  bother to look it up and find out that "torch" is short for "electric hand-torch"

Really? That's really interesting.

Yea, I was debating myself over why they chose torch over a more practical naming convention. So I looked it up and found out that it was a practical naming convention that just got shortened in the last 120 years.

New personal goal: only refer to flashlights as electric hand-torches until it becomes habit.

I will strive to also achieve this goal. Cause why not? It sounds fun.

When you have to work in the morning, look at the number of active threads and think "I can wait 15 minutes"

When it turns into far more than 15 minutes and you end up not sleeping for an hour or more.

Tesh, why is this not your avatar?? :P

(Man, I stepped away from the Shard for a day and this thread exploded... I suppose, being a Sanderfan, I should not be surprised by this.)

Study before sleep.

Knowledge before ignorance.

Homework before procrastination.

The Knights Collegiate must rise again.
