No. Because the Epics would curbstomp the demigods. I'm not trying to start another war; I'm just stating a fact. A handful of nervous teenagers versus several thousand angry, vengeful gods? The only demigods who would stand a chance are the children of the Big Three. 3

I'm not against LGBT characters in fiction, but that twist was handled so poorly that it felt like a cheap way of making Nico more sympathetic to the audience. And the funny thing is, Nico was already sympathetic. He was my favorite from the moment he confronted Percy at the end of Titan's Curse. Everything that went into that explanation reeked of serious retconning, as opposed to an organic twist. 6

He only got some real action once or twice. Also the last Nico-Percy scene. That was completely unnecessary Riordan! Basically Heroes of Olympus felt like the last Hunger games movie. I've not read any Reckoners (yet) so, yeah, I've probably thoroughly spoilered myself there! (I just can't not click on a spoiler tag, even if I know it's for something I haven't read! ) But I can still enjoy all the daftness that goes on around here between Reckoner fans.
