Kobold King he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Yeah they're still alive, I thought an Epic with living parents might be interesting to write so hopefully they'll feature more later since I don't have any Vanilla characters. That'll be cool to see. Unrelated open poll: is "kitty" a word that cool Epics use?
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 That'll be cool to see. Unrelated open poll: is "kitty" a word that cool Epics use? It's a word that Funtimes uses. 3
Kobold King he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 It's a word that Funtimes uses. There is substantial in-universe debate about whether Funtimes constitutes a "cool" Epic, though. (Though we on the Question thread know better. ) 2
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 It seems we missed a lot of opportunities by killing off Mocha Maxima so quickly. I told you so! Who kills an Epic what that fabulous a mane? I'll be working on... something for the next few days, await my return with a hundred or so new Epics Coupled with the question you asked me recently I get an ominous feeling from this. I made one a while ago but I had the same problem. She seems sad, because all of her tattoos spilled. That'll be cool to see. Unrelated open poll: is "kitty" a word that cool Epics use? To properly describe the situation you need to imagine a bellcurve. If an Epic uses the word kitty, they are either very cool or completely lame. our bet where Backtrack fits in. 3
Kobold King he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 I told you so! Who kills an Epic what that fabulous a mane? Technically, we don't know that Mocha Maxima didn't fake her own death and isn't currently scheming for revenge against Quota for killing her employees. To properly describe the situation you need to imagine a bellcurve. If an Epic uses the word kitty, they are either very cool or completely lame. our bet where Backtrack fits in. The answer you or I would give is probably different than the answer he would give. 2

The answer you or I would give is probably different than the answer he would give. There is a nonzero chance of that happening. C'mon, Backtrack. Just use the word "kitty" and don't bother caring what anyone else thinks. 3

Her return shall be glorious... or maybe she simply was a resurrection Epic. Which ironically is one of the rules to being cool. By the way, Shiny Sparkle would also use the word kitty. 2

Just use the word "kitty" and don't bother caring what anyone else thinks. Quota's gonna get served a frappuccino... WITH EXTRA JUSTICE! ...OK, we may need to work on Mocha's catchphrase. Yes, but not caring what anyone else thinks is cool. Therefore, we can't allow Backtrack to do so. 3

Kobold King he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 "Quota, I will drown you in the caffeine darkness of my mocha!" "Either you will perish from lack of oxygen or you'll be incapable of sleeping tonight! Either way, my vengeance will be complete!" 3
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 "Quota, I will drown you in the caffeine darkness of my mocha!" "Wow. That was a good metaphor." "I meant it literally, David." "Oh. Okay, carry on." 4
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 "Wow. That was a good metaphor." "I meant it literally, David." "Oh. Okay, carry on." Wait, David is in Oregon? 3
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 Wait, David is in Oregon? He is there in spirit wherever there is a good metaphor. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Wait, David is in Oregon? Firefight's there, and I bet there's at least one parallel universe where David is too. 2
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Firefight's there, and I bet there's at least one parallel universe where David is too. Wouldn't it be really weird if alternate universe Firefight was BFF with an epic version of David and started to have conversations about that with our David in Calamity? On the same note, it would have been funny if he decided to play matchmaker, so many chances wasted. 3

Also, am I the only one who thinks Steelheart was a total scumbag for hiring a woman who could summon shadows from parallel dimensions….and then only associated with her male shadow from one of those universes? 2

I ship Megan with Meganus and David with Davina. Still more of a feminist than Timeport. 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 I ship Megan with Meganus and David with Davina. Still more of a feminist than Timeport. This is evidently the same universe where parents give their children names somehow stranger than Katniss and Peeta. Almost anyone is more of a feminist than Timeport. Except maybe Nighthound. 1

Almost anyone is more of a feminist than Timeport. Except maybe Nighthound. In that universe I'd be Jaredina and you'd be... Daniellius? Nighthound has never said "Women are animals. Animals don't wear clothes." That makes him downright progressive in comparison with Timeport. 5

Animals don't wear clothes." That makes him downright progressive in comparison with Timeport. Yes, because Daniellius makes far more sense than Daniel. He has said (well, thought) that women are like dogs in that they need to be trained, but that once trained they make slightly better pets. So….I guess it's a draw? Ugh. People in Youtube comments are morons. Last time you checked, your brains weren't rotted, were they? Nope, not really. Why? What video was it? 4

Daniellius is way cooler. Maybe we should call a misogyny duel? Nighthound and Timeport stand at a podium. Whoever makes the most sexist comment (judged by Sam, Ray, and Autumn) is awarded a shirt made of acid. 2

And would Winter be Elizabert? Maybe they're protected by...huh, I was going to say Moral Guardian, but then I realized he'd vaporize both Nighthound and Timeport for saying those things. So maybe we should just make him the sole panelist. Edited March 11, 2015 by TwiLyghtSansSparkles 2
Kobold King he/him Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Would that make me Tobia? With panelists like that it can only end in one big nightmare. I was going to say "Lady Tobamina of Greater Teutonia," but that works too. You're probably right. Do we have anyone qualified for a tolerance contest? 2
