He lives in a orbital satellite(can't get any higher than that) He gives weather forecasts But gives them only to the one who can hear him. Unfortunately he is an hallucination, an hallucination of an hallucination. an this hallucination is the wise guy of the group, and one of the three Stephen always takes with him, but he is only one of the many aspects Stephen has. 3
