Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 Pokemon....violent. Ok, well, I'll let you go with that. Your parent's choice is their choice.

Of course I know it's not violent by the standards of anyone who's watched stuff like LOTR, Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean, or basically any superhero movie, but I was a lot younger then. There's plenty of movies and TV shows that don't bother me now, at 21 years old, that I would cringe to show a 6-year-old.

Ian McKellen is the actor who plays Gandalf in LOTR and the older Magneto in the X-Men movies. @Dankness Ascendant Unfortunately I have never watched or played Pokemon, so someone else will have to answer your challenge. Darn similar names! I didn't even realise I knew the name of Gandalfs actor lol. Will find cute picture soon.

It's been over a week and no one's even attempted it. Oh yeah forgot about it lol. Well Ash has been beaten by quite alot of Leaders. Blaine, Brock, Sabrina, Lt. Surge, Brawlly, Roark, Gardenia, Maylene, Fantina, Aunt Jemima and a couple of others. WLIU- Name 4 books by Terry Pratchet

little wilson she/her Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Well, it's been a few days and no one's tried to answer so here's an answer: Michael Westen, Fiona Glennann, Sam Axe, Jesse, Maddie Westen, Nate Westen, Agent Pearce New question. WLIU, name 15 currently recognized counties in the United Kingdom. These can be counties in England or Northern Ireland, preserved counties in Wales, local government councils in Wales, shires in Scotland, or local councils in Scotland. (There are over 130 so this shouldn't be too terrible, especially not for anyone who lives in the UK or is even remotely familiar with the UK. I'm American and I can name almost all of them, so this should be fine. I hope).
Sunbird she/her Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Uh, I think I can name a few. 1. Cork (Ireland) 2. Clare (Ireland, but not totally sure of spelling) 3. Liverpool? 4. County Down (from that song "Star of the County Down" lol) 5. Gloucester? 6. Athenry? Most of these guesses are coming from my knowledge of Irish folk songs. XD
little wilson she/her Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Yeah, Republic of Ireland counties wouldn't count. The only counties in Ireland that would count would be the ones in Northern Ireland rather than the Republic of Ireland.

little wilson she/her Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 I think it's safe to say that no one's going to answer this. @OrlokTsubodai want to answer it and provide a new challenge?
Titan Arum Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 I'm going to jump in with a question for my geography lovers: WLIU, what is the name of the driest non-polar desert? (i.e. don't include the north pole or Antarctica) Bonus: what is the predominant country this desert resides in and what are the three adjacent countries that some geographers consider the desert also cross into?

I'm pretty sure it's in China due to the Himalayan rain-shadow. Is it the Gobi Desert? If so, I'm pretty sure one of the other countries would be Pakistan.

Kasimir he/him Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 I would guess Atacama, but god help me, I don't know the answers to the rest D: I'm terribad at geography.
