"Drowned and dreamt this moment" can work as a reference to Kaladin's 'vision' from Way of Kings, and to Eshonai's Odium-induced villainy, as can "Overdue I owe them" (Owing Dalinar vs "Owing" the Alethi for killing her kin). Also by CS, "Precious Declaration" for Kaladin, again, and "Listen" for Dalinar. Maybe I'm reaching, but those songs remind me of those characters, so... yeah. If you take it in the metaphorical sense (the way the singer/songwriter meant adults to interpret it) it also could work for their relationship. I mean come on, they are married after all.
