In either event, it matters not... for tomatoes are vegetables in the US since 1893, thanks to the landmark case Nix v. Hedden. That's right. The United States Supreme Court ruled that tomatoes are a vegetable.

Five people fainted. Another few threw up. The sidelines had a ton of kids on it. Mostly freshmen. Their first day outside marching and the weather decides "hello children its cooking time"
