If you grab an item C1, you can use it C2. During the C2 to C3 rollover, I'll remove it from your inventory and attempt to apply the effect immediately. I'm not actually going to say whether you succeeded or not at any action.

You won't be told the Favour count. The spanreed Item reveals that to the bearer, but otherwise, you'll just be told whether Favour was sufficient or not. 

 

I've added an Order of Actions to the rules. Purple indicates when someone is informed they've been targeted, otherwise, you mostly just receive inventory updates each round. And information, like if you learned someone's target via Item use.

I love the collab! This story is intentionally vague about which ships, crew, and officers are present, so feel free to insert yourself into the story however you like. 

This game starts in about 26 hours. I need time to balance, so I'm closing signups tomorrow at 10 am EST.
