Cultivation smiled. Cultivation had a plan, once. Quite a while ago now. Cultivation did not remember much about the plan, except that it involved much Cultivating. Cultivation could do that. Part of the plan also involved this curious piece of investiture. Cultivation made it to tell a story. Maybe this could be the beginning of Uviab.

Cultivation watched as the supernova exploded. Cultivation saw it. And knew. That this would be great for his plan. By now, Cultivation had almost entirely investited Uviab. Uviab has been so heavily invested, that one might be able to argue that the shard was the planet. This was necassary to keep the Cultivation on track. This supernova will bring many new things.

Cultivation counted. 4. One Fourth of what was neccassary, Cultivation was making suprisingly good progress. Cultivation smiled. This will work out well after all.

Just being grabbed, no. You could crush them, but just preventing them from actually reaching the ground won't do to much- if they're in the "area" of "braize" they'll still fuse. Otherwise, they enter a dormant state and wait.

The blast ripped through anything in its path, destroying the star system almost instantly. The blast through the Spiritual Realm traveled maddening fast. At that rate, it would reach the nearest planets within minutes.

And everyone would die.

Ikaretekeketeraki'nantaríãī knew that if he stayed, he would be destroyed. Still the power resisted. It wanted to stay. To fight. To be Valorous. 

Ikaretekeketeraki'nantaríãī did not agree with the power's primal urgings. He knew that Valor had to flee. And so he tried to reason with the power, as much as anyone could reason with the raw essence of bravery. This is not Valor! Valor is not dying on a needless battlefield, simply because you can. Valor is being unafraid to do so if it is necessary! 

This is not necessary. I can see that the other Shards have a plan!  My death will not help this battle. My death will weaken the forces of good! Valor is not self-sacrifice. Valor is willingness to die to further a just cause. 

Valor is not death.

Valor is nobility in death.

Grace was in the Spiritual realm when the supernova appeared. 

Grace saw a piece of Virtuosity moving towards a planet with strange beings, not of the same power as any of the 16, but influential nonetheless. 

She reached out to these beings, these “primal Aethers” with a deal. There was an imminent threat inbound, a piece of another god, coming to infect their planet, corrupting it with that god’s power. Grace could stop it for them. However, she required a small price. Cooperation. If these “primal Aethers” wanter her protection, they had to be willing to let her use some of their buds from time to time for her own use.
