However, judging from the fact that Harmony is impotent and can't do anything at all because of his two conflicting Shards, Retribution should have a big advantage over him, especially that Odium would have been able to deal with him before WaT and the current Vessel of Retribution seem to be aware of the state in which Harmony is. Even once Sazed could act, he is still probably weaker because we know Preservation is noticeably weaker than Ruin (and presumably most shards), so he would be weaker than Retribution, not to mention less aggressive. Retri would probably still win if he threw his might at Harmony, but he wouldn't win unscathed and I doubt the other Shards would allow it to be a true 1-on-1. 1

I would agree that Honor is weaker, but I don't think it's as much weaker as Preservation. In addition, it depends on context. if Honor didn't like attacking Sazed, I think it would be quite difficult for Retri to win 1
