william still trying to think of excuses to go into the city for his parents becasue he is enjoying going there. he argues with things like but im 17 or when have i ever done stuff im not supposed to. his parents thinks he has a girlfriend in the city now but let him go. he goes into the city with the journal.

It was a small, quaint building. A counter, cluttered with equipment and ingredients, sat front and center from the door, and tables with chairs filling the rest of the space. A backdoor to a larger kitchen stood behind the counter. Everything had a red, orange, or yellow hue in various shades and vibrancy. "What can I get for you? I recommend a Flame for the bold, or just a regular latte for newcomers."

She searched the apartment for around 2 hours and gathered… evidence…. And set it all on the table. She had put on her detective outfit. Complete with a fedora magnified glass and those coats they wear. 

And she waited for Herry to wake up while looking at the stuff in deep thought.

Ivor... he told us he didn't have magic. It's rare, but not impossible. He just didn't have magic that we knew.

One by one, he met with every advisor - all except Cris - and he did something to them. After they spoke with him, they renounced Komat as king and cast him down. Cris tried to speak to them, but they cast her out too, and Ivor swept in under them and stole the throne.

I don't know how much time I'll have before they find me. But if anyone sees this, don't trust Ivor and his reign.

He tried to not sound guilty as he continued to conceal the book the king probably didn't want people to know about because of its past.
