Oh that’s cool yah I’m usually first but sometimes I’m second bc my conductor tries to balance out the sections of with the ones who try and the ones who joined bc their friends did

Thanks for the recommend, but . . . My parent's actually disapprove of those . . . so

If the ground is soft, punch it. Like, do you have an unplanted garden? If you do, punch it.

Go for a walk in the woods.

Go t a friend's house and annoy them.

I wish I could visit my sister. She's in the psych ward at the local Children's Hospital. (If you know where I live, then you should know which hospital.) I'm not allowed to visit her because it'll stress her out. I'm sad. She was the 'peacekeeper' of the house. My younger sister and I fight a lot, and she would be the one who'd break it up. But she's in the psych ward. I'm worried I won't see her before I turn 18 and leave the house.

And yeah, doing stuff you like is generally the best thing

Go into one of your hobbies, whichever one you want to do the most rn. The one that pains you the most from not having done any of it recently. It's such a great feel.

If not doable (because you're in school or wherever else)... idk if this will work for you, but I get music in my head and start vibing to it. There are songs I have listened to so many times I can remember them near perfectly, and so I have already spent entire lectures "listening" to entire albums in my head

This is probably a weird thing to do but hey it helps in holding on just a bit longer

Hm...

You've mentioned juggling hobbies before, so another one probably wouldn't help...

Do you sing into the shower? Or have a pillow you can scream into?

Martial arts is a great equivalent. Or if you don't have time/can't/don't want to, hitting soft things that won't hurt you is also great.

thanks for the recommendations guys, I think I'll consider doing some of them! I think I've learned my lesson that rotting in bed trying to distract myself on my phone isn't really a good 'rest.' I have recently gotten into beading stuff, which I've been really enjoying, so I think I'll do some of that after I finish my homework.

I feeling a little better now that I've finished school, despite the fact that I have a sinuous headache now. I felt really awful this morning because I keep having bad dreams about things that trigger my anxiety, so I feel bad when I get out of bed.

I'm going to try and get my homework done now!! o7
