Cultivation Intent/Long term plan

Cultivation has much more enhanced future sight than any other Shards we know of until now. The only contest regarding this was between Odium and Cultivation until now and ever since Mr. T ascended we know Cultivation is much better at future sight. 

With Honor dead (Tanavast) and Odium alive maybe WAR would have been the natural conclusion. But with Rayse a hateful man dead and a crafty mind behind the Shard of Odium, Mr. T with a capacity of understanding emotions might just evolve merging with Honor might produce an entirely different result than anticipated.

Cultivation being better at foresight and engineered the switch of Rayse to a person she selected and pruned might make one wonder if a merge of Odium and Honor might result in LOVE instead of WAR, which might align more with Cultivation long term plans for the future.

Odium is afterall Adonalsium's 'Divine Hatred/Passions' and mixing that with 'Divine Honor' would bring about LOVE maybe?

I don't see a way for hatred and honor combining into love. Not to mention there is already a Shard representing love - Devotion. Odium/Passion isn't all emotions, love is missing and Venli saw this. RoW ch 83:

And I don't believe that Honor+Odium would make War - it's the name of their lights combined, not their Shards. There is no Shard of Storm, Void or Life, those are just names for lights of Honor, Odium and Cultivation, but the Shards don't have the same name as their Shards have. Not to mention that the Shard of Tower being a combination of Honor and Cultivation makes no sense at all.

Love, maybe not but marriage? I can see them combining to make a marriage shard or some similar concept. After all marriage is a mix of love and passion with legal order and oaths.

Well, dictatorship is more about complete authority in one person not so much about hatred. In fact, there are many dictators who saw themselves as benevolent rulers. In some cases, they will even perceive that way, at least by some people.

I’m just gonna say you’re trying awfully hard to get Cultivation to be a “good guy”, and also to have deeper plans than anyone else.

I don’t have any evidence beyond some circumstantial evidence that Cultivation isn’t a good guy. But it’s abundantly clear from Taravangian’s most recent chapter that Cultivation thought she was neutralizing Odium by having Taravangian be the Vessel, but in reality did completely the opposite.

I don’t think we need to do more than take Cultivation’s plans at face value: she was trying to get new Vessels for Odium, and maybe for Honor and her own shard too. That’s it. That’s her planning.

I'm starting to believe Cultivation will end up getting Splintered by Odium. It seems likely to me.

What I heard someone say that I liked is that it would make vengeance. And that maybe Szeth would pick it up, though I don't think so because then what was even the point of Todium.

Not sure about vengeance it feels too personal, less honorable.
