Did Brandon plan on finishing it this early- I don't know, but it could be that he did, and that Tor just wanted to release the book in January for their own reasons, and then the release won't be pushed up. But if finishing the book this early was unantiscipated, then maybe the realease will be pushed up.

PeterAhlstrom he/him Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 It's not getting pushed up. Even as it is, there will be a little less time for copyediting and proofreading than THE GATHERING STORM had. The book will come out on January 8th.
