Tal gave a long-suffering sigh. “None of us are heathens.” He held out his hands, and a glass of water and two ibuprofens appeared. He swallowed them, and then the glass disappeared. “Right. Let’s go.”

It was like she was seeing many memories at once. Just flashes of many people, all of them men, before her, powerless for the first time in a long time. This other Rue had been hard at work doing the tasks of a red.

Despite being... well, herself, Rue felt a pang of guilt when DG Nameless appeared before her.

As Ramdin Stamps the Gargoyle, light steams from the hidden sphere, and a swarm of people seem to pop up around him. They're eyes focus on Ramdin, and they begin singing "The Twelve Days of Chistmas".

Ryan then slinks through the crowd and quietly shuts Ramdin's door, then joins in on the caroling.
