Quinn left Roy's body and became Darkness again

Yes, I just took that as the body is still there, and if Light and Roy split Roy can go back to his body if they still have it with them. She noticed that Quinn went limp and brought the body to her

Elan fell. Again. This happens a lot. He thinks to himself. I wonder why? And then he hit the ground.

The Soulless are all dragons. Thaidakar is Soulless. Thaidakar is a dragon! Huzzah! He was a dragon in the season 1 finale... which was a long time ago now... storms, I feel kinda old.

Also, for the grilled cheese sandwich...

Crud. She didn't have her jacket. She was still in the outfit she'd worn on Tal's world and, nice as it was, it had no pockets. She'd have to fix that later.

Elan blinked, in a daze, and then the adrenaline kicked in. Or some magic equivalent. He stood up, and his eyes started glowing black as he began hovering off the ground, the dust around him skittering away like it was being repelled by a magnet. His hair began to ripple, and his skin started glowing. His face was solemn.

Energy began coalescing around him, any plants nearby withering and electric devices shutting down. The ground began to liquify, turning a black color that didn't reflect anything as it floated up, orbiting Elan's body. The area around him shook, buzzing, and then with a deafening BOOM the cloud of energy and darkness collapsed inwards, absorbing into Elan's body.

Elan's body was a shadow. It fuzzed in and out of reality, with two pits of shadow, somehow darker than the never ending blackness that made his body, for eyes. He shot into the air, following the dragon, leaving a trail of curling white energy behind him, crackling in his wake.

Taking liberties and assuming Roy had a belt, she Pulled him to herself so his soul could go back where it belonged.

A burst of flames from one of the dragons still chasing him caught Thaidakar in the wing. He struggled in the... air? Whatever it was. He struggled in the air, falling onto the hover traffic below. With a lurch, two vehicles crunched beneath him. He leaped towards other vehicles, yet turned human just as he was about to land. He ran to the end of the vehicle, jumped. As he did, he turned back into a dragon, flying farther than he could with his regular form, then turned back into a human again, repeating again and again.

He was going at a slower pace, yet the dragons wouldn't blast fire at the traffic. Instead, they were trying to swoop down and catch him with their claws. Yet, each time they tried, Thaidakar blasted them with his powers.

Hanging tightly to Pic and Roy's body, she Pushed against the metal of the city - if not to stop their fall, at least to slow it.

The Dark-Elan fuzzed into existence in front of Thaidakar, shooting a powerful blast of white, liquid energy directly at him.

Calm down. He thinks to himself.

Something in him stirs. No. No. We destroy. We kill. Do. Not. Stop.

Thaidakar pushed his own powers at the blast of white energy using one hand while the other threw the powers at the ground, throwing him into the air and over Elan. He landed behind elan a few paces and kept running.

Pic had a death grip on Aventine's body, humming loudly and faster in his panic. The three of them (plus Roy's body) began to fall faster and faster.

Elan whirls around. End him. End the man. He begins sprinting after Thaid, the ground beneath his footsteps vaporizing into floating, black liquid. My hunt. This is mine. He turns and kicks out with his leg, sending a blast behind him to slow the other dragons as he continues approaching Thaidakar.

Ooop didn't see the metal push. Then yeah as Pic speeds up his shong, the metal push is going to counteract that, and no real change is going to happen.

Lyla gritted her teeth, trying to lift the rubble off of her feet dazedly. She grunted in pain. Her right leg hurt like the devil. "Rust those dragons... rust them!"

Whoops. Elan doesn't really notice much right now.

Kill the civilians. They do not deserve to live. The voice says in his mind. Elan weakly struggles against it.

No. Not the innocent. We can detain Thaidakar. But not the people.

The voice is distracted by Thaidakar, and so Elan wins. Just barely.

They continue the chase, ignoring the darkness that enveloped Thaidakar, diving into it.

We should probably wait for Aeo to explain what the darkness thing means.

Pic's singing cut out for a split second.

Well that was attractive he thought. He then followed her advice, slowing the song down even further. He began to take large breaths to sustain the notes.

Thaidakar cursed, fumbling to move. When he saw elan, he shoved a bright slash of red energy at him. Closing his eyes and letting himself sense the surroundings, he did his best to keep running. He turned into a dragon, soaring over the next few vehicles and landing with a crash, spraining his ankle.

He turned fully into dragon form, practically galloping through the darkness over the vehicles, smashing some of them.

The Darkness reached for his soul, and held onto it, letting Thaidakar be troubled by ancient darkness

A violent burst of energy threw the Darkness away from Thaidakar's soul. There were defenses around his soul, constructed of a power both ancient and malevolent.
