Pattern, love how he and Shallan seem like partners in crime (literally a lot of the time).  They are so fun together which makes the moments where they get serious hit so hard for me.

I had to put Syl, if only for her relationship with Kaladin. Her care and empathy are such a blessing, and she contrasts her partner (in crime) very well. She always tries her best, even if her best isn't exactly what Kal would consider helpfull. I think without her TWOK would have been a much darker book, and I salute Syl for bringing me some laughs and moments to breath between all of Kal's brooding (I love the guy a lot, but he's a lot sometimes). I just love her so much!

I also had to choose Notum even though we only see him a few time we see him always make the right decision and stick to his moral plus he gives a awesome line  during the trial ruining Sekeir plan to discredit Adolin plus he gives us one of the best lines in the book.

Not on the list, but I've always found Ulim the voidspren very interesting for his human appearance and oddly modern speaking style/personality. His nervous interaction with Nale is gold:

The newcomer was an imposing figure with deep brown skin and a pale mark on his cheek, almost like a listener might have as part of their skin pattern. He was in uniform, though it wasn't of the cut the Alethi wore.
He looked at Venli, then pointedly at Ulim-who groaned.

Aside from the excellent design of Cultivationspren, I adore his interactions with Lift. Plus, I enjoy how Lift/Wyndle have the biggest clash of personalities, which is always fun to read.
