And how do we go about trying to eavesdrop on the questions etc? The only signing I have ever been too was an hour long, and I took up about 10 mins asking questions.

I'm coming into London at St Pancras, and from there getting the tube to Picadilly though, so it shouldn't be too bad. Pretty sure there's no changeovers needed there.
