Mailliw73 he/him Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Yeah, I'm pretty sure a fight would simply lead to another Lightwards death. I'd like to keep those at least once per day for now. He's been deliberately pushing his limit, so he doesn't have a lot of room left. Another human wouldn't be possible to animate right now, but he could probably manage a cow. Definitely a tree. It's the strength of the mind he's dominating, not the body he's repairing, that counts for the limit. Could he reanimate a couple deer and the cow? But it's doable. O.o I hope Al doesn't use his power. Too late. Already wrote it in. (granted, I have no authority over Al's actions, so the post can be edited if deemed appropriate.)

Is Altermind trying to get into the "Creeps of Oregon" club? Because injecting illusions of pain into random people in a restaurant is kind of twisted. 1

But no Epics, save gifters, are actually good people. Unless they don't use their powers. (Kathy) He is doing it mainly to hint to Lightwards that he isn't someone to mess with. Lightwards doesn't know that Altermind did it, but should be able to guess or assume that he did. Or had something to do with it. Altermind isn't the kindest Epic either. He's gotten better with people as circumstances have required, but he's not a very nice guy. Sure, compared to Nighthound or CorpseMaker he's not bad. 1
