Um….at this moment, no. Once he and the other, um, servants (only saying the "um" because of a "special mission" Funtimes has for the Unicyclist later—spoiler: it's weird) can speak freely, I'll drop insights into his backstory. Like I said, I have this one clearly defined moment that I know I'll add in, but I'm just looking for the right place and time to do it. 1

I'm excited. I don't know why, but I'm excited to see Alice again. I don't have a lot of precise moments planned out, either. There was Funtimes' introduction, which I had in my head already, but other than that Remington's bit of backstory is the only real long(?)-term plan I have at the moment. And that's only because it gives insight into what he's done in the past, who he thinks the real enemy is, and how far he's willing to go to take that enemy down. And I haven't given up on an Epic-fighting Alice-Remington duo at some point in the future. Kobold, I think? I guess so. Though I'm not really connected to anything happening in the Museum at the moment, so it doesn't really matter from your perspective I suppose. 1

To retrieve the power he invests in them, he has to kill them. Otherwise he'd have sucked the life out of Alice as soon as he realized she was still in the ruined suburb.

It'd be like a much more badchull and less lovey-dovey version of Warm Bodies. That is a good point... I'd darn you to heck right now, but Mailliw already killed every Lightmind ship I could think of with Altermind's first impression of Lightwards. Sounds good. Let him wonder what Funtimes is doing. That's enough to make anyone shudder.

When I realized what that meant, I laughed way too hard at the image: "Don't come any closer, Altermind! I have a cow and I'm not afraid to use it!" Okay, okay, I know the cow would be his undead slave and therefore dangerous, and I know it'd be freaky to see a full-grown cow spring up from someone's plate, but still. It's not the most conventional form of protection. 1

Yeah, I'm pretty sure a fight would simply lead to another Lightwards death. I'd like to keep those at least once per day for now. He's been deliberately pushing his limit, so he doesn't have a lot of room left. Another human wouldn't be possible to animate right now, but he could probably manage a cow. Definitely a tree. It's the strength of the mind he's dominating, not the body he's repairing, that counts for the limit.
