+Quitecontrary Posted June 10, 2014 Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 I prepared batter earlier for real Dark Batter, but I'm just using triple chocolate for this (cocoa powder in the batter), then I folded egg whites, then folded with freshly ground cocoa beans, then finally folded with melted dark chocolate. I'm going to see later if the result is still crispy on the outside and moist/fluffy on the inside. I used some olive oil for the batter as well.
