Queen Elsa Steelheart she/her Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Oldest of three here, unless you count the cat haha, then it becomes four
Cinnamon Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Hey I am the eldest sibling but I only have a little brother so since there’s only two of us do I belong here? (I also have a puppy if she can be counted as a sibling.) 1

Cinnamon Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Ahem, I really hate to be a stick in the mud or annoying but, ‘oldest’ in this sense is grammatically incorrect because oldest is usually used to refer to something that is the most old but when referring to age or someone then you would use the word ‘eldest’ with an “e”. Sorry I’m so annoying. You can use whichever form you wish it doesn’t actually matter unless it’s in an essay or on a test. Sorry

Sorry I learned that "oldest" can be for people/things but "eldest" for only people. Eldest is definitely better for essay/tests though 1
Cinnamon Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Noice, thanks I learnt something new today! 1

As oldest children, it's important that we respect and love our little siblings. They learn from your example a lot, by the way. (That's a joke, of course, you are great)
Going_North_cal Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 no fu** you, my sisters a pain, but my brother is decent. (lmao)
Ranryu she/her Posted September 26, 2022 Author Posted September 26, 2022 Try and keep it PG, guys. I know there are some younger kids on this thread.

I mean, yes, but not to the degree that it's annoying. I think it's funny. And adorable. My sisters have all had things like that as well.
Ranryu she/her Posted September 26, 2022 Author Posted September 26, 2022 Huh. Maybe my sisters are just different. They never did that. 1
Morningtide she/her Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 I'm the oldest of five! Hello all! My siblings mostly don't do that, they just talk constantly about things that do not need to be said . I DO NOT need to hear you count to 5000 at the top of your mind while three other people are arguing
