Okay, the way I am going to do this is Cherry is staying on as an NPC, and @The Known Novel, you don't have to rejoin if you don't want to.

The foursome made their way out of the small copse of trees and down to the road. It took only a few minutes of walking before they entered the small town, it's one street lined with shops and stalls.
