Never had anchovies on pizza unfortunately, but I'm very curious.

One should be careful, get it from a pizzeria you trust! 

Sometimes, at bad pizzerias, they'll use anchovies that come from a container that's been open for a loooong time. Eating that can get you sick 

Other than that, if you like canned fish and salt, it's great! Onions will cut down on the saltiness (in my experience) and you'll only want to have veggies with it (I wouldn't have pepperoni or sausage with it, imo).

As far as should you have pineapple with it? Well, have one life experience at a time, no need to cram it all in!
