Secret project 2 is a non-Cosmere work (dont have the citation handy), but it should still be an "adult oriented" sci-fi fantasy as all 4 in the kick starter are. The "middle grade" story that is a gift has been put aside for now (see 6:55 - 7:22 of announcement vid). So referencing England outright as the last word is possible here. For the second last word, I agree it looks like Scenic alot, but I cant shake that seems to be longer than the last word. And in a few of the images it seems like the first word can be a "M". In the live stream this afternoon Brandon mentioned his recent book launches seem to do 70% of sales (not sure if this was of first week or first month or what) on the first day. If that holds there is a good chance at cracking $20M and over 70k backers. Casually in his spare time Brandon wrote (almost certainly) 4x #1 best sellers when the are released.....

I wouldn’t put it past the team to do a mock-up of a title just to keep it secret but still have us speculating on these books. 1
