    Ok ok something else that I have been wondering, Now that Sazed has fused Preservation and Ruin are their Shardpools (like the well is ascension) still individual?? And will they still refill for somebody else to use? Or since Sazed is still consciously using them nobody else can use the Shards power?

    I agree!! Maybe he sensed a Kinship with her both being Lightweavers and all. Yeah he was definitely Soothing/Rioting Shallan, as we know how reserved she was i think she would lack confidence to speak to any stranger, so he played her like a trailmans flute.

    Hahaha i totally get the Jam thing! Lost count how many times i rolled my eyes in the Shallan Chapters, i will admit there is alot of character growth so if thats bothering you it will ease up. I have never had a problem with Kaladins chapters the whole depression thing he has i totally get! It has always made total sense to me, being in his situation i would be the same and cope not nearly as well.

    I think Odium is A big bad, the baddest of the individual Shards that is. I think the big bad is the force that shattered Adonalsium. It was shattered intentionally, maybe by a group or a person or maybe something else. I think that is the big bad.

    OMG thank you guys! You are awesome! I've taken some time from the Cosmere recently because it revives the wait for SA3 but i can feel myself being dragged back. Thank you for the ultimate refreshers page!

    At the risk of sounding dense.... Ok all the Cosmere books are linked with each different series featuring new characters on a different Shardworld. My question is the story in the background, the story spanning the whole cosmere involving Hoid, The 17th Shard and Adonalsium. I have been looking around the forums for a while but i can't find a thread dedicated to the story going on in the background? Does anybody know where i can find a thread strictly dedicated to this?

    Im blue around the Pupil and Green around that. Mostly green in general though. I have been wondering about how light, light eyes actually are by Earth standard? Or if Alethi with their skin colouring merely make them seem unusually striking.

    The Calamity story is done, it still needs revision and alterations. The same with both Mistborn Novels (Shadows of Self & Bands of Mourning) then he will start Stormlight Archive 3 in earnest. Thats the current schedule i think. It will still be out before Winds of Winter and Doors of stone..

    I imagine he will become a major part of the story, I don't think he will be getting his own SA Book though. Im guessing he will play mentor and friend to Kaladin, Adolin and Renarin. I have a theory he will be using his Divine Breath in this series as well as giving some depth to Nightblood.

    OMG!!!! I remember being where you are now! Don't worry, it gets better and better this was my first Cosmere novel and the best (excluding book 2) Keep going and persevere!!!!

    Sadly i think that's the case, not what i was hoping for. I was really really hoping for a miracle but then he said he would be releasing 2 Mistborn novels. I new it wouldn't be anytime soon. I wont complain though, he's an incredible writer and the post that said he had finished Calamity on fb, pretty much every comment was when he was starting SA3. So the fans have been heard!!

    Before Brandon starts on Stormlight 3, he has to revise the next 2 Mistborn books. That will take until the end of June or so. (Carl on FB)

    I read a WOB that said the Heralds blamed Honor for what happened to them, The Heralds surely got shafted on that deal....They have to fight Desolation after Desolation where if they die fighting they are sent off to get tortured but even if they survive they have to return there anyway...I can't honestly blame them for bailing...

    I know, sorry i didn't mean to sound patronizing (just reread my post) I just meant swinging around a 6 foot blade which would take 10 seconds to summon and then having to summon the second blade after that. Would you even be able to perform the traditional stances? Or would you have to invent a new style?
